Pick up from our location

Click & Collect is a convenient way to receive your ORBILIMITED products without waiting for delivery. Available for selected in-stock composters, garden products, smart home solutions and household essentials.

Orders are normally prepared within two hours during our opening hours.

How it works

• Add your products to your basket and select Click & Collect at checkout.
• There is no delivery charge when collecting your order.
• We will send you an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection.
• Visit our collection address with your order confirmation and a form of identification.
• Our team will help you load larger items into your vehicle where possible.

How long we hold orders

We hold Click & Collect orders for 14 days. If you are unable to collect within this period, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange additional storage where possible.

What if I change my mind?

You can cancel your Click & Collect order before collection for a full refund. Once your order has been collected, our standard returns policy applies.

Help with loading

Our team will always try to assist with loading your order. If you are collecting a large item, we recommend checking that your vehicle has enough space before arriving.

For bulky products such as composters or larger home items, please contact us before collection and we can help confirm the dimensions.

Before collecting your item, make sure you have enough space at home and any tools or assistance needed for installation or assembly.
